"o Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my severe disappointment and concern regarding the deplorable conditions and unsatisfactory service I experienced at your Domino's Pizza store located on Door No. 56 1st & 2nd Flr, No. 120/121, Ranga Pillai St, MG Road Area, Puducherry, 605001., during my visit yesterday evening. My visit was extremely unpleasant due to a multitude of issues that reflect very poor maintenance and a complete disregard for hygiene standards, which are unacceptable for an international brand. Specifically, I observed the following: Non-functional Air Conditioning: All central AC units were not running, making the environment uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Offensive Odour: There was a pervasive bad smell throughout the store. Pest Infestation: Flies and mosquitoes were freely flying inside the store, landing on food and various surfaces. Unclean Floors: The floor was noticeably dirty and appeared not to have been wiped regularly. Unhygienic Handwash Area: The handwash area was unclean and lacked basic hygiene, raising serious concerns about overall sanitation. Furthermore, my attempt to address these issues with the store manager was met with significant resistance and a lack of professionalism. Despite requesting to meet him, he initially showed no interest in speaking with me. It was only after waiting for an hour and urging the billing staff that he finally came to meet me. His response was dismissive, simply not a bothering in this all issues, This level of customer service is entirely unacceptable and does not align with the expectations one has from a brand like Domino's. Given the appalling conditions within the customer area, I am highly concerned about the hygienic standards of food preparation in the second-floor kitchen. I am not assured of the cleanliness or safety of the food being prepared and served. I request you to take immediate and decisive action to rectify these serious issues. Such conditions not only tarnish your brand's reputation but also pose potential health risks to your customers. Please investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that necessary improvements are implemented without delay. I plan to escalate this complaint to your head office as well, as I believe these issues require urgent attention from higher management and the food inspection department. "The management of jubilant food works has deputed delivery boys to misbehave with the customers and on being reported to these people acting as a management, they shelter these criminal delivery boys which is evident from no action taken report by jubilant food works till date on my serious complaint. Store people straightforward raised their hands mentioning lodge a police complaint against directors of jubilant food works. I have decided not to place order on this organization who has no knowledge as to how to deal with the customers."
